FoodStock Book Covers License

This license (“License”) governs the use of images provided by FoodStock for book cover purposes. By purchasing and using images from FoodStock for book covers, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms of this License.

1. Permitted Uses:

The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the purchased images exclusively for book covers, including both print and digital book covers.

2. Print Run and Distribution:

The images may be used for book covers with a specified print run of up to 50,000 copies and distribution territory worldwide. For print runs exceeding 50,000 copies or for customized licensing terms, the buyer may contact FoodStock at hello@foodstock.ai to negotiate additional usage rights.

3. Format:

The images may be used for both e-books and audiobook covers without additional licensing requirements.

4. Attribution:

Attribution to FoodStock is appreciated but not required. The buyer may provide credit to FoodStock in the book’s acknowledgments or copyright page.

5. Quality Assurance:

The buyer must select the ‘Original file’ option to ensure reproduction quality of the images on book covers.

6. Exclusivity:

Should the buyer require exclusivity, they must contact FoodStock at hello@foodstock.ai to negotiate exclusive licensing terms.

7. Liability:

FoodStock provides the images “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

FoodStock shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the images. By purchasing and using images from FoodStock for book covers, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
