FoodStock Magazine and Newspaper Use License

This license (“License”) governs the use of images provided by FoodStock for magazine and newspaper purposes. By purchasing and using images from FoodStock for magazine and newspaper use, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms of this License.

1. Permitted Uses:

The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the purchased images for publication in print magazines, newspapers, newsletters, and similar print media formats.

2. Image Usage:

The buyer may use the images for editorial or illustrative purposes within the print publication, including but not limited to articles, features, covers, and advertisements.

3. Print Run and Circulation:

The images may be reproduced within the print publication for a specified print run of up to 50,000 copies and circulation size as agreed upon at the time of purchase.

4. Restrictions:

The images may only be used in print publications and may not be used for any other media or digital formats. The images may not be sublicensed, resold, redistributed, or made available for download or distribution as standalone files.

5. Attribution:

Attribution to FoodStock is not required but is appreciated. The buyer may provide credit to FoodStock in the form of a copyright notice, such as “Image courtesy of FoodStock,” whenever reasonably feasible.

6. Exclusivity:

The buyer acknowledges that the images may be licensed to other parties for similar or different uses unless an exclusive license is separately negotiated with FoodStock.

7. Liability:

FoodStock provides the images “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. FoodStock shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the images. By purchasing and using images from FoodStock for magazine and newspaper use, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
