FoodStock Non Commercial Royalty-Free License

This Royalty-Free License Non Commercial (“License”) is a legal agreement between FOODSTOCK and the Licensee governing the use of images provided by FOODSTOCK. By downloading, accessing, or using any images from FOODSTOCK, the Licensee agrees to abide by the terms of this License.

1. Permitted Uses:

The Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce the images for personal purposes, subject to the restrictions outlined in this License.

2. Prohibited Uses:

This is a non commercial licence and covers personal use only. The images may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or otherwise made available for download or distribution as standalone files. The images may not be used in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of FOODSTOCK or any third party. The images may not be used in defamatory, obscene, or unlawful contexts. The images may not be used in products or services that compete directly with FOODSTOCK.

3. Attribution:

While attribution is not required, it is appreciated. The Licensee may provide credit to FOODSTOCK in the form of a copyright notice, such as “Image courtesy of FOODSTOCK,” whenever reasonably feasible.

4. Warranty and Liability:

FOODSTOCK provides the images “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. FOODSTOCK shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the images.

5. Termination:

FOODSTOCK reserves the right to terminate this License at any time without prior notice if the Licensee breaches any of the terms and conditions herein.

6. Governing Law:

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By downloading, accessing, or using any images from FOODSTOCK, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
