FoodStock Web Advertising License

This license (“License”) governs the use of images provided by FoodStock for web advertising purposes. By purchasing and downloading images from FoodStock for web advertising, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms of this License.

1. Permitted Uses:

The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the purchased images for web advertising purposes.

2. Image Usage:

The buyer may use the images for online advertising campaigns, including but not limited to display ads, social media ads, banner ads, and sponsored content.

3. Restrictions:

The images may only be used for online advertising purposes and may not be used for any other media or print advertising. The images may not be sublicensed, resold, redistributed, or made available for download or distribution as standalone files.

4. Attribution:

Attribution to FoodStock is not required but is appreciated. The buyer may provide credit to FoodStock in the form of a copyright notice, such as “Image courtesy of FoodStock,” whenever reasonably feasible.

5. Exclusivity:

The buyer acknowledges that the images may be licensed to other parties for similar or different uses unless an exclusive license is separately negotiated with FoodStock.

6. Liability:

FoodStock provides the images “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. FoodStock shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the images. By purchasing and downloading images for web advertising from FoodStock, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
