FoodStock Web Use License

This license (“License”) governs the use of images provided by FoodStock for web use. By purchasing and downloading images from FoodStock for web use, the buyer agrees to abide by the terms of this License.

1. Permitted Uses:

The buyer is granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use the purchased images for web pages, social media platforms, and digital publications. 2. Image Usage:

The buyer may use the images for online purposes, including but not limited to website pages, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and digital advertisements. The purchased images may be displayed at a resolution suitable for web viewing, including resizing and cropping as necessary. 3. Restrictions:

The images may not be used for any print or physical media purposes, including but not limited to magazines, newspapers, books, posters, or merchandise. The images may not be sublicensed, resold, redistributed, or made available for download or distribution as standalone files. 4. Attribution:

Attribution to FoodStock is not required but is appreciated. The buyer may provide credit to FoodStock in the form of a copyright notice, such as “Image courtesy of FoodStock,” whenever reasonably feasible. 5. Liability:

FoodStock provides the images “as is” without any warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. FoodStock shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the images. By purchasing and downloading images for web use from FoodStock, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this License.
