All Images available on FOODSTOCK are created by are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. Except as expressly provided in the license agreement, you are not granted any rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Images.

4. Permitted Use

Your use of the Images must comply with the terms of the license agreement you select. Generally, permitted uses may include:

5. Prohibited Use

You are prohibited from:

All payments for licenses are processed securely. The prices for each license are listed on purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your selected license agreement carefully before making a purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

FOODSTOCK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Images. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Images is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

You agree to indemnify and hold FOODSTOCK, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Images or any breach of these Terms.
